What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order contents.

When you browse: basic, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited. This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
To process payment, arrange delivery of your order, and to send order updates such as dispatch and delivery confirmation.
To answer support questions and handle returns.
To improve the shop, based on aggregated browsing data only.
Who we share it with
Our store platform and checkout provider (Wix) processes orders and payments on our behalf.
Delivery carriers receive your name and address so they can deliver your parcel.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by messaging our support team.
Marketing emails are opt-in and every one includes an unsubscribe link. Order and dispatch emails are transactional and cannot be turned off while an order is in progress.
