Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within two to three business days. Supplier stock, sale periods and public holidays can add time, and we will email you if that happens.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery options and cost
Standard tracked delivery: $8.95. Delivery is usually three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
Free standard delivery on all orders over $75.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to all Australian addresses, including PO boxes and regional areas.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside Australia and want something, message us and we will tell you if it becomes possible.
If your parcel is late
Carrier delays happen. If your tracking has not moved for more than five business days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier or send a replacement.
